Just because they are a public traded company does not mean they aren’t a scam. Ever heard of someone called Bernie Madoff? Or Enron?

Hey Freeda, Thanks for the comment. I agree with you that training can be found with Usana and many other companies. However, that training leads to only 3% of people every making any money. And it is all stuff that people don't like to , or are deathly afraid of doing. Like approaching strangers or hunting down friends and family. So yes, I agree that Usana is a good opportunity, but the fact is… if you want success in Usana, or any MLM company for that matter. You have to learn how to market. Thanks again, Nick

All of your complaints about Usana are wrong. The training is available, and is free, online, directly from the office website that all Usana associates receive. You wouldn't find that by simply searching on the internet; it is explained in a presentation, which is all Usana associates get started. The STI website you discussed is simply one of the many teams in Usana, and is, by the way, an extremely successful team. Buying the t-shirts and other extras you described is discretionary for any associate; but many see those items as beneficial marketing and prospecting aides. All Usana associates also receive a very comprehensive business kit with many training tools in it. Usana also offers several weekly webcasts as other opportunities for free training.
