Yoli is one of the newest MLM companies to burst onto the scene. Let’s look at six key components of a good Network Marketing opportunity.
1. Market – Yoli is in the Nutritional industry. The actual product is a sort of segment creator. This is a gigantic industry that is slated to be the next trillion dollar industry.
2. Management – Now, Yoli is headed up by Robby Fender, Corey Citron, Rick Eisele, Daren Falter, Michael Prichard and Bobby Jones. A few of these founders and corporate leaders seem to have a pretty good background in the MLM industry.
3. Product – Now, Yoli’s segment creator is called Blast Caps. It is a freeze- dried drink mix that is contained in the cap of a re-usable water bottle. The top is pressed down and the powder and water mix to create their beverage. They claim that one thing that sets their product apart is the fact that they do not pasteurize their product.
4. Compensation Plan – Let’s take a look at how Yoli pays it’s distributors. Their plan can best be described as a hybrid plan. The plan pays 9 different ways if you include retail sales and bonuses received for customers that receive the product directly from the company. The plan starts as a binary compensation plan and as a distributor climbs the ranks they will get a matching bonus on the checks of members of their team.
5. Support – Yoli’s support, that I could find, is the typical “Team” websites that offer webinars, meetings, and traditional Network Marketing Training if you join their team.
6. Facts – Yoli was just launched in the summer of 2009. The corporate team has committed to plant 10 trees for every distributor that is enrolled.
So, are you going to join Yoli?! Do I think you should?! Well, that is not what I wrote this article to do. I can tell you that I didn’t join Yoli. I have been presented the opportunity a few times and have passed for my own reasons. I, in no way however think that it is a Bad company, however. Whether you join Yoli, or any other MLM company, you need to think about how you’re going to build your business.
While all of the components we have discussed above are important, they are only a tiny part of the equation. Really! Think about it! If just joining a good company was all it took to reach your financial goals, there would be more millionaires than we can count! So, what am I getting at?!
Well, you need to develop some skills to build your business. The most important, in my view are the relationship building skills. However, these skills, by themselves will not pile up the money for you! Nope! There are some basic truths that must be met to ensure your success.
1. You Must Hit the Numbers! That’s right! For the majority of people in Network Marketing very large numbers must be talked to in order to sort out the people who will join your organization. There are a couple of ways that this is traditionally done. One being your Names or Warm Market list. The second one being calling bought leads or just talking to strangers! Now, both of these things are taught throughout our industry , but Most people will not succeed this way!
2. Have a System! Seems simple, doesn’t it! Let’s look at what this system usually consists. If you’re thinking: warm market lists, talking to strangers at the mall, home meetings, you’re right! No wonder the attrition rate is so ridiculously high! Nobody wants to do the business this way! Now, I know that many people have succeeded this way, and it is still possible. However, a much larger number of people never make it this way!
Now, if you want to succeed in your MLM without all of this B.S! Without the rejection and humiliation! You need to look no further than the computer you are reading this on!
